I will walk into the wilderness with nothing. This means that in order to walk out, I have to find my own water and forage for food. I have the option of building a shelter and making a fire if I choose, I can always just suffer the elements. I have never done any of these things before.

For the past 2 years I have been obsessed with one Big Goal above all others; staying active for 20 hours per day. In this article I will focus on one aspect of that goal, waking up super early, like 3 AM early. I have found that for whatever reason, 3 AM is a reasonably comfortable time for me to start my day.
